BICYCLE TRANSPORTATION IN PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Bicycles can be transported during the months of July and August during the operation of public transport services without restrictions, in the other months, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays only in the area reserved for baby strollers.
The passenger carrying a bicycle is obliged to board the vehicle using the door marked on the outside with a baby stroller pictogram. Transportation of alternatively fuelled bicycles is not permitted. A maximum of two bicycles can be carried at a time. Transportation of persons under 15 years of age travelling alone with a bicycle is not allowed.

Passengers with a bicycle can only get on and off with the driver's knowledge, using the marked door, and riding the bicycle inside the vehicle is not permitted. The driver is entitled to refuse to transport a bicycle if the occupancy of the vehicle does not allow such transport. When boarding the vehicle at the same stop, persons in a wheelchair and passengers carrying a baby stroller are given priority over a bicycle. If a person in a wheelchair or a baby stroller are transported in the vehicle, the passenger with a bicycle is not allowed to board the vehicle.

Passengers transporting a bicycle are required to prevent the bicycle from moving spontaneously inside the vehicle, be close to the bicycle for the entire duration of the journey and ensure that the transport of the bicycle does not endanger the safety of others. The passenger is obliged to ensure that the bicycle being carried does not stain other passengers or damage the vehicle equipment. Passengers must not sit or stand on the bicycle.
Passengers carrying a bicycle are solely responsible for any damage incurred by other passengers or the carrier. Children's scooters and balance bikes are transported under the same conditions as luggage. Scooters for adults are equivalent to a bicycle and the passengers' duties during their transportation are the same as during the bicycle transportation.

Before the stop where the passenger wants to get off with his/her bicycle, the button of signalization to the driver must be pressed.

Bicycle transportation is subject to a fee according to the fare.
