1.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
1.2 You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day following the day when you or a person you authorized accepts the good, whereas if the subject matter of the purchase contract is of several types of the goods or delivery of several parts, this period starts running from the day of accepting the last delivery of the goods.
1.3 For the purpose of applying the right to withdraw from the contract, you have to inform about the withdrawal from this contract Dopravní podnik města České Budějovice, a.s. based in Novohradská 738/40, České Budějovice, Postal Code: 370 33, IČ: 25166115, namely in the form of one-side legal action (by a letter sent through the provider of mail services or by the e-mail to address: email@example.com). You can use a sample form for withdrawing from the contract but it is not your obligation. If you use this possibility, we will send you the confirmation of the withdrawal from the contract.
1.4 To keep the period for withdrawing from this contract it is sufficient to send the withdrawal from the contract before the relevant period expires.
1.5. General conditions of business of the seller and regularization given in the Act no. 89/2012 Coll., of the Civil Code, as amended, will stipulate the cases when it is impossible to withdraw from this contract.
2.1 If you withdraw from this contract, we will return you all payments which we obtained from you, including the costs (except for additional costs resulting from the way of delivery you chose which differs from the cheapest way of standard delivery we offer) namely without any delay, not later than 14 days from the day we obtained your notification of the withdrawal from the contract. To return the payments, we will use the same payment means which you used for the initial transaction, unless you stated otherwise. There will not occur any other costs. We will return the payment after receiving the returned goods or if you will prove that you sent the goods back, according to what will happen earlier.
2.2 You will bear direct costs related to returning the goods. You are responsible for the reduced value of the goods only in consequence of handling of these goods in the other way than it is necessary to become familiarized with the nature and properties of the goods, including their functioning.
